Saute celery and onion in 4 tbs broth. Add bread crumbs. Add broth, herbs and salt & pepper. Cook to desired consistancy. That covers the base recipe for stuffing. For other applications see below:
To this combination you can add: unsulfered raisins, chopped apple, chopped dried apricot.
If you want to stuff onion, cabbage leaves, bell peppers, zuchinni, mushrooms, tomatoes, pasta or chinese-style dumplings then you can add to the mix your choice of the following;
