This lively blend also works well with sword fish or tuna. Just cut the marinating time to 15 minutes. Also a nice change of pace when used in couscous flavored with a little lemon and sprigs of mint. To see how to cook couscous please refer to the recipe on it in this site. Put a table spoon or two of this spice mix into a cup of low-fat yogurt and marinate your fish or chicken in it, and grill as a brochette. Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
