A soup bowl of gazpatcho, the celebrated cold vegetable soup of southern Spain, is placed on the table. Included in this time-honored delicacy are onions, cubed bread, hard boiled eggs, tomatoes, cucumber and bell peppers all finely chopped. One can also add to the gazpatcho the garnish of one's choice.
