Eternity is the absence of the future or the past.................. You cannot look to your own wisdom, you cannot rest in your own understanding, you must look to the supernatural miraculous and powerful leading and guidance of the Holy Spirit. The quicker you learn that you don't know, the better off you're going to be, because only God has the answers. We have to show it in the flesh to illustrate it in the Spirit. The only Bible some people are going to read is bound in shoeleather, you and me. People have to see you, but they have to see Jesus coming through you. You just get busy listening to the Lord, and you won't have to be bothered with these other things you think you have to do. The one thing that God says that His workers need above all is to be " found faithful " which means loyal, obedient and believing. Are you willing to give until it hurts, even if it hurts you ? Jesus did; He gave His life ! God did; He gave His son ! It's not how long you pray, or how much you pray; it's how much you believe ! There are an infinite variety of opportunities in God's work; it only remains for a man or woman to find and make them work. Peace on Earth will come to stay when we learn to live Christmas every day. Human knowledge must be understood to be loved, but divine knowledge must be loved to be understood. We must do what we know is right and be willing to live and to die for what we know is the truth. The outlook may not always be easy but the uplook is always great. You'll never be a truly great leader...you'll never be a truly great Shepherd, until you learn to have compassion...until you learn to have great love and great mercy. Only in the folly of this world do men fight for fickle fame and fortune.Only in the system of this world do men struggle for power, position, riches and glory....only to find that it doesn't satisfy ! If we had more prayers we would have less cares. Prayer is something you can be doing all the time, no matter what else you're doing. It's like thinking on your feet. God makes a promise: Faith believes it; Hope anticipates it; Patience quietly waits for it. An optimist sees an opportunity in every calamity; a pessimist sees a calamity in every opportunity. It's better to die for something than to live for nothing. The kind of person your child is going to be, he is already becoming. Nothing succeeds like success, and nothing fails faster than failure. If you can meet success and failure, and treat these imposters the same...then you'll be a man. "Just don't give up trying to do what you really want to do.
