1 egg cooked in butter equals 8 !! egg whites minus the butter, but with loads of veges! croissant w/ butter...you want to live right and eat healthy? Try replacing these by 8 ! english muffins w/jam(no sugar added). How's that for Breakfast ?? You probably won't be interested in 8 muffins for breakfast, but it gives you an idea of what a simple croissant w/ butter can represent. And as for the 2 pcs fried chicken(drk meat), all while maintaining the same fat content you could consume 18 portions of grilled chicken breast. The point being that you can eat very well without gorging yourself on health-destroying fat content. Eat well, live better !
