It is evident at first look that this menu needs help, that is if you want to keep your figure. If you eliminate the butter, you can now have 4 pcs toast no problem. The same for the cream cheese; replacing only one OZ alows for 2 bagels. For supper you can substitute beef for turkey, make your own soup with homemade stock which you have prepared yourself using low-fat ingredients and exchange the pound cake for angel foods cake w/ strawberry jam.
